Thank you for shopping at byNuveila. We want to make sure your order arrives smoothly and on time. Please read our UK-only shipping information below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, new launches, or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email once it has been shipped.

2. UK Shipping (We Ship Within the UK Only)

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery (Tracked)

  • £3.49

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery (Tracked)

  • £5.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

✨ Free Standard Delivery on orders over £60.

3. Shipping Address Requirements

Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

byNuveila is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

  • Delays caused by courier services or external factors (weather, strikes, etc.)

If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any address changes.

4. Order Tracking

All UK orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or around your property

  2. Check safe places the courier may have used

  3. Contact the courier directly for clarification

If the courier confirms the parcel was not delivered, we will support you in raising an investigation.

Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier completes their investigation.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the full order is ready unless stated otherwise.
