Return & Refund Policy- byNuveila

Thank you for shopping at byNuveila. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

Because our hijabs are considered intimate, personal-wear items, we can only accept returns if:

✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

✅ The hygiene tag and label are still fully attached

✅ You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

 

To request a return, please email us at support@bynuveila.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We cannot accept returns that show signs of make-up, perfume, damage, or wear.

  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different colour, shade, or product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The item is not in original condition

  • The item is damaged or shows signs of wear

  • It is returned after the 14-day window


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hijab caps

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Used or worn hijabs

  • The hygiene precautions have been removed


Delivery Issues

byNuveila is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package goes missing due to a courier error, we will help you file an investigation claim.
